Each Vesper piece is printed when it is ordered. There is no warehouse and no held stock. The workshops are in the United States.
Production: 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive your order.
Shipping within the United States: 3 to 5 business days after production. Total time from order to door is usually 7 to 10 business days. Standard ground rates apply at checkout.
International shipping: Available to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Production times remain the same; transit adds 7 to 14 business days. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking: A tracking number is sent to your email when your order leaves the workshop. We use USPS or UPS depending on destination. Lost-in-transit parcels are reshipped at no additional cost; please write to us within thirty days of the shipping date.
If a piece arrives damaged or printed in error, write to us at hello@vesperlighting.co with a photograph and your order number. We will replace it without charge.
There is no rush option. Vesper is for the patient sort of household.
